I think its about balance. I have a beautiful European style charm bracelet from Persona for example (http://www.personaworld.com) and I love wearing it with a spaghetti strap top. As long as you have the right accessories i think you can balance out a look. No doubt we are passed the age of skin tight attire but I know I'm not going to sacrifice elegance anytime soon.
